1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to do so.

2. Accounts

Certain features may require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services in violation of any law or regulation.
• Infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any party.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except where permitted by law.

The Services and all related content, software, and materials are owned by Arraytrix or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to or through the Services. By submitting content, you grant Arraytrix a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, and process that content solely to provide the Services to you.

6. Third-party services

The Services may include links to or integrations with third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party service.

7. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arraytrix and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of the Services. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) amounts paid by you to Arraytrix in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Arraytrix and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Sections intended to survive termination will do so.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

12. Changes

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and revise the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
